These terms cover the website and website accounts. The Windows app has its own software licence, and Jiffy Reach+ has its own subscription terms.
About these terms
Jiffy Jr Development (“we”) provides jiffyreach.com to explain Jiffy Reach and to offer website accounts, support and beta access. By using the website or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them. The software licence covers the Windows application, and the Jiffy Reach+ terms cover the subscription.
Who can use an account
You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under 18, you need a parent’s or guardian’s permission, and they accept these terms for you.
Development status
Jiffy Reach and AJ are in a controlled beta. Beta software can have faults; keep your existing accessibility tools available. Feature descriptions, roadmap items and planned prices describe intentions and can change. They are not a guarantee of availability, compatibility or release timing, or a purchase offer. A website account does not grant a software licence or start a subscription.
Your account
Provide an email address you control, keep your password private, and do not use another person’s account. Choose a username that does not pretend to be someone else or to speak for Jiffy Reach; names that do may be changed or refused. You are responsible for what you submit. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website to harass others, submit unlawful content, distribute malware, send spam, get around access controls or rate limits, test the service’s security except as our security policy allows, or disrupt the service. Do not submit another person’s private information without permission. We may restrict access to protect the service or respond to misuse.
Feedback and support
Submit only content you are entitled to share. You allow Jiffy Jr Development to use your feedback to respond to you and to improve Jiffy Reach, without owing you anything for it. No support response time is promised.
Names, logos and content
Jiffy Reach, AJ, the Jiffy Reach logo and this website’s text and design belong to Jiffy Jr Development. You may link to the site and quote it in reviews or discussion, but do not use the name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you. Windows, NVDA, JAWS, Chrome, Anthropic, Claude, Stripe and other names belong to their owners and are mentioned only to describe compatibility or services.
Availability and reliance
The website may change or be temporarily unavailable. Keep your existing accessibility tools and workflows while the Windows application is in development, and do not rely on unreleased features for critical tasks.
No warranty
The website and accounts are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Jiffy Jr Development is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about the website or accounts is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits; where they do not, they apply only as far as allowed. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
Ending your use
You can stop using the website and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people or the service at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it. The sections on ownership, warranty, liability and governing law continue after an account ends.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them there instead.
Changes to these terms
We post updated terms here with a new date. If a change materially affects account holders, we will tell them by email or on the site before it applies. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the change.
