Jiffy Reach+ is not on sale yet. These terms will apply when it is; if they change before then, this page will show the new version and date.
What Jiffy Reach+ is
Jiffy Reach+ adds advanced cloud AI to Jiffy Reach. Everything in Jiffy Reach Free stays free and keeps working with or without a subscription.
Plans and prices
- Monthly: US$12.99, billed every month.
- Yearly: US$129.99, billed once a year.
Payment is taken in advance by Stripe. Taxes may be added depending on where you live; you see the full amount before you pay.
Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. Before a yearly subscription renews, we email you a reminder with the date and amount.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time in Jiffy Reach (Settings, Subscription, Manage subscription), from the link in your Stripe receipt, or by emailing support@jiffyreach.com. However you cancel, Reach+ keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for, and then stops; you are not charged again. For example, if a monthly subscription renews today and you cancel two days later, Reach+ keeps working until the end of that month.
Refunds
- Your first Jiffy Reach+ payment: if Reach+ is not right for you, ask within 14 days and we will refund it in full.
- A yearly renewal: ask within 14 days of the renewal date and we will refund that renewal in full.
- A monthly renewal: not refunded. Cancel instead, and Reach+ keeps working until the end of that month.
- Our mistakes: a double charge, a billing error, or Jiffy Reach+ cloud AI being unavailable for a long stretch is always refunded, whenever you tell us.
Within a refund window you choose: a refund, which ends Reach+ when the refund is made, or simply cancelling, which keeps Reach+ until the end of the period you paid for. Outside those cases, payments are not refunded for partly used periods, except where the law requires or we end Reach+ (see below). To ask for a refund, email support@jiffyreach.com. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
If a payment fails
Stripe will retry the card. Reach+ keeps working until the end of the paid period and for 14 days after it, so you have time to update your card. After that the app returns to Jiffy Reach Free; nothing you saved is lost.
Cloud AI allowance and fair use
Each subscription includes a monthly cloud AI allowance and limits on how many requests can be made per minute and per day, so the service stays affordable and available for everyone. If you reach the allowance, cloud AI pauses until the next month and everything on your PC keeps working. At very busy times cloud AI may briefly rest. Cloud AI requests go to Anthropic; the privacy notice explains what is sent.
Your licence key
A subscription is for one person. You may use your licence key on your own computers, but do not share or sell it. A key can be saved to one website account.
Price changes
If the price changes, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel first.
If we end Jiffy Reach+
If we stop offering Jiffy Reach+, we will give at least 30 days’ notice and refund any unused time you have paid for. We may suspend a subscription used to break these terms or the software licence.
