Jiffy Reach is a product of Jiffy Jr Development. This notice describes this website. Privacy details for the Windows application and AJ will be published before those services are released.

Information you choose to provide

When account services are available, the website uses your email address for authentication, your chosen display name for your profile, and any support request or feedback you submit. Website display preferences may be stored on your device. Do not submit passwords, financial details, or private screen content in support messages.

What the website does not do

This website does not capture your screen, listen to your microphone, run OCR on your computer, or send prompts to an AI model. It does not contain advertising trackers or a payment form.

Hosting and account services

Cloudflare hosts the website and may process connection information such as IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and protect it. Account and profile services, when enabled, use a separate Supabase project for Jiffy Reach. Jiffy Reach data is not stored in the Jiffy Guard database.

Sessions and device storage

Sign-in uses necessary session storage to maintain your login. A text-size preference may also be saved in your browser. You can sign out or clear browser storage; clearing storage may sign you out.

Access and control

Your profile and support requests are intended to be accessible only to your account and authorized service operators. You can edit your display name and delete your own support requests in the account area. Account removal and data questions can be requested through support once account services open.

Retention

Account information is retained to operate your account. Support messages are retained to address requests unless removed. Provider security logs and backups may have separate retention periods. Detailed retention and deletion procedures will be finalized before public account registration opens.

AJ’s planned privacy approach

AJ is designed to try local commands, Windows accessibility information, and local OCR before using cloud AI. Privacy Mode and cloud processing controls are planned. The release documentation will identify cloud providers, the information sent, and the controls available to you.
