AJ is the assistant inside Jiffy Reach. It helps you understand and use your computer with natural commands, and it runs on your PC.

These examples show how you can ask; results depend on the program you are using. The “Hey AJ” wake word is still being tuned and misses fast speech, so Ctrl+Shift+L, push-to-talk and the keyboard command palette always work too.
AJ uses local commands and accessibility information before asking an AI model. Its AI runs on your PC with Ollama — free, private, and allowed in Private Mode — and Jiffy Reach suggests a model size that suits your computer. Basic accessibility never needs an AI model. As an advanced option, you can add your own Anthropic API key, paid to Anthropic directly with a monthly spending limit; it is off by default.

Cloud AI is used only with your own key and “Allow cloud AI” turned on. Passwords and other secrets are removed from text first, and the vault is never sent.
